FOR CARTWRIGHT DRAMA STUDIO YOUTH
My son adores the drama classes, previous to joining Cartwright drama studio he went to another well-known drama class and even though he enjoyed the classes he felt it was too big and didn’t have the personal touch of Cartwright drama. A massive thanks should go to Tracy who makes every child feel special and unique. The classes bring out a child’s confidence and allows them to be who they are. The classes have a wide variety of talent and it allows the child to appreciate another person’s gift. The classes are also structured so they are learning different acting techniques and gives them confidence to explore their acting abilities. My son has gained confidence in acting and also confidence as a person. I think every child should have a go at the drama classes it’s not all about becoming a budding thespian it’s also about meeting new friends and having fun.
” a very happy mum”
My daughter started the Cartwright Drama Studio when it first opened its doors. She had never done any drama before, apart from lessons at school, but felt that she wanted to try it. It has been a fantastic experience for her. Tracy is the most lovely, encouraging person. She has created a safe and friendly place to put yourself on the line and have a go at acting and improvisation. My daughter loves the sessions and her confidence has grown tremendously. Tracy and Jim are so well connected to and respected in the industry, and this benefits the Studio with the chance for masterclasses with well-respected Northern actors. We’re so lucky to have this in Chorley.

My daughter looks forward to drama class every week. She has grown in confidence and I am delighted with the progress she has made. Cartwright drama builds social skills and is a wonderful outlet for creativity. It’s fun, welcoming and extremely rewarding!
I can not recommend these classes enough. My daughter was really shy and only just about managed to take part in the drama class as her sister wanted to start them. She has never looked back, growing each week in confidence and ability, building great friendships and having so much fun. Last week she got A* in her Drama GCSE, which this time last year her target was a C. We truly believe is all down to Tracy’s great teaching.
My daughters absolutely love Tracy’s classes and I have seen them really grow in confidence, their faces light up when they know its drama class.
